Elsabeth McGohey is a veteran litigator with a decade of experience litigating cases of all shapes and sizes in the State and Federal courts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire. She is dedicated to representing consumers and injured persons in litigation and bankruptcy.
Elsabeth has successfully handled cases in the following areas:
- Personal Injury
- Wrongful Death
- Product Liability (including medical devices)
- Consumer Protection Litigation
- And many more
In handling all of these cases Elsabeth achieved favorable verdicts, client-pleasing settlements and other forms of winning results for her clients. Her experience includes serving as lead counsel in a multi-million dollar jury trial that resolved favorably for her client.
